Kii Cloud stores data in a bucket. The data in the bucket will be stored in the database that is managed securely by Kii Cloud.
Please read Buckets and Scopes and Access Privileges in the Getting Started for the overviews on the Bucket. For the technical specification on the Bucket, please read the topics under Bucket in the Function Guide.
In the programming guide, the following implementations are covered:
- See Creating Buckets to learn how to select a scope and create a bucket.
- See Deleting Buckets to learn how to delete a bucket and all objects under it.
- See Setting the Bucket ACL to learn how to add ACL entries and customize the access control.
There is an option ("Encrypted Bucket") that will prepare a dedicated key for each bucket and store the data after encrypting it automatically with AES-256 using this key. You will be able to store the data in strongly encrypted form with this option, but some restriction will apply on the data query. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to learn more about this option.
